Universe’s admin app isn’t supported on an iPad, because of the data processing needed to run it. You’ll need to run the app on a laptop or chrome book to get your outreaches set up, manage billing and payments, import lists, and invite team members and volunteers - all of the back end functionality!

However, all of the volunteer tools (walk lists, phone banks, etc) will work on iPads and other tablets, since they’re hosted on a browser. Your volunteers can open Universe’s tooling on any device with access to the internet.
