Getting this error message in your browser?

Nothing to worry about. The Universe App is not (currently) a browser based app. You will need to download, install, and run the Universe App to get going. If you look further down in your invitation email, you should see a big button to download Universe.

From there, you can download, install, run the app, and log into your account
