1. From your admin dashboard in Universe, click the red gear wheel on the top left hand side.

1. Click the header that says “questions”
2. Configure your account-wide questions here, aka the questions that will appear automatically in every outreach type you create.
3. You can customize the answer type and the icon for the question here as well.
