How do I check that an account has been properly setup with Bandwidth?

When we initialize accounts, there’s a step we run to ensure that the account has been registered with Bandwidth! So if there isn’t an Application associated with a given account, then it’s not properly setup. It should have all the forms on the right filled out.

How do I check if a specific text has been sent?

Oftentimes clients will be concerned about a “long” pending state on a text. This is a way to determine if Bandwidth has officially sent the text. You’ll need the From number that the campaign sent the text from as well as a sample To number (Perhaps gleaned from the outreach in question)

How do I see what numbers a campaign has?

Clicking into one of the Locations in the dropdown will bring up all numbers that are associated with a campaign by Bandwidth

How do I view the specific details regarding a number?

You can also disconnect a number, view service types for a given number, as well as see other granular details like creation date, last update, SMS settings, etc

How do I double check the campaign id for a given campaign?

Use this tab to search for campaign ids given an id that you’ve retrieved from the admin dashboard or from another means! On the main page for this you’ll need to scroll to the right to access the different pages (Bummer) because it’s listed from oldest campaigns to newest.
