As a volunteer, your organizer will send you a link or a QR code to open your clipboard for your text bank. This clipboard is unique to you, and contains a slice of the total list just for you to write to.

When you click your join link provided by your volunteer organizer, your clipboard will open to look like this:

You should see a large “Send Message” button at the bottom of your phone or on the bottom left hand side of your laptop screen. Every time you hit the button, a message will be sent! Keep hitting the send button to send the initial text to your entire list.

As you’re sending text messages, you can also:

Swipe to the left on mobile or look to the middle of your desktop to see all the active conversations you’re managing, and tap or click the voter’s name to open up the conversation:

Here you can respond to voters who text you back (including with any pre-set template messages created by your organizer - click the quotation mark icon on the left of the text box to see the available templates).
